Bauman Landscape and Construction one of Northern California's most respected general engineering contractors is hiring a Bid/Project Coordinator to support our growing team. What You'll Do

- Track project leads, addendums, and keep the estimating team informed

- Coordinate and assist in bid submissions and schedule management

- Maintain bid calendars, timelines, and proposal deadlines

- Process all project-related paperwork and documentation accurately

- Order bonds, review insurance requirements, and track submittals

- Read and interpret specifications (especially Instructions to Bidders)

- Communicate clearly with Project Managers, Estimators, and field staff

- Support a positive, collaborative office culture

What You Bring

- 1-2 years of office or coordination experience, preferably in construction

- Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel (HCSS, Agtek, or Procore is a plus)

- Strong time management and multitasking abilities

- Sharp attention to detail and commitment to meeting deadlines

- Professional, clear communicator, written and verbal

- Reliable commute to our San Rafael, CA office required
