In this role, you will support the estimating team by preparing accurate material take-offs, assisting with bids, and contributing to project planning efforts. You will also collaborate closely with the project managers and field staff to ensure smooth operations from pre-construction to project completion. Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform material take-offs using HCSS, Agtek, and Procore</li><li>Assist with bid preparation and provide accurate estimates</li><li>Collaborate with project managers and estimators to optimize project efficiency</li><li>Help track and report on project costs, material needs, and timelines</li><li>Ensure accurate documentation and filing of project-related information from bid to project start.</li><li>Communicate with field staff and suppliers to ensure project needs are met on time</li><li>Contribute to maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction</li><li>Gather material quotes and competitive subcontractor quote</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Minimum of 1 to 2 years in construction estimating or related field</li><li>Proficiency with HCSS, Agtek, and Procore preferred</li><li>A background in construction management or a related field</li><li>Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite</li><li>Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are encouraged to apply, but not required</li><li>General construction experience a plus</li><li>Non-smoking applicants only</li></ul>Compensation and Benefits<ul><li>Full time position</li><li>Competitive pay at $90,000 to $130,000 annually, plus bonuses.</li><li>Health care, PTO, and 401K,</li><li>We're a growing company with lots of room for career advancement</li></ul>Ready to Join Our Team?If you're excited about the opportunity to work with a company that truly values its employees, we want to hear from you.
